This past week was one for the birds! As they are starting to gather for migration or passing through as they migrate from other areas, we have been spotting them. Weather also moved through this week leaving a lot of rain. It was fantastic! Nights are cooling off and it really is the autumn season. Enjoy! Amy

This week a doe decided to be a pain in the rear for our little bucket garden, harvests will be winding down soon, a moved trail-cam caught some great shots of new animals, and birds are starting to migrate. Autumn feels like it's arrived! Enjoy! Amy

This week was my daughter’s birthday week, so I had a few busy days celebrating sweet 16! Our woods walks and gardens were fairly quiet, but I still managed to see some new "life birds" for my Merlin app. Late summer on the homestead is just so peaceful right now. Soon we’ll be cutting and stacking firewood to prep for winter! Enjoy! Amy
