Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving or at the least a great few days off! FYI - There's only 5 calendars left for sale! It's been a fairly quiet week (with it being a holiday weekend) but Dorothy the Chicken Coop had some changes. We did make it down to the creek and for a quick trip to Raven's Rest as well. Enjoy! Halloween, the Most Wonderful Day of the Year!

I have always loved Halloween! The dressing up, the spookiness, the weather (even when it rains). My daughter creates her own character based on her own creations that she animates on YouTube, and I am going to dress as Eddie Munson from Stranger Things with my Hellfire Club t-shirt. Rock on! This week we are starting to button down the sheep that are going, some chicken news, we cooked new-to-us food out of the garden, and a few other things. Enjoy the blog! Amy...

Summer is Almost Over

The Katahdin ewes we had for sale have headed on down the road to their new homes, Chickens are laying huge amounts of eggs averaging small to medium, and Shane's daughter Avery and her family came to visit. Such a great week! Enjoy! Amy

Water, a Necessity of Life

This week was a bit chaotic with losing water and having some hot weather come through. Shane's work schedule changed so now we have to be quiet until about noon, changing some of our routines too. We did squeeze in some time at the river though! Enjoy! Amy
