⚠️ Important
* Ranch Visits: If you would like to see the animals before deciding to purchase, please make an appointment. You must follow our biosecurity protocols detailed on our Ranch Visits page.
* Transportation: Animals are sold live at the ranch, and buyers must handle their own transport. Buyers must bring an appropriate, well-ventilated stock trailer or secure animal transport crate. We reserve the right to refuse loading if transport conditions are unsafe for the livestock.
* Availability & Quality: Prices listed are not a guarantee of availability. We evaluate all animals strictly; if an animal does not meet our quality cuts, it will not be offered for sale. Please verify current pricing with us when you ask to be placed on our waiting list.
Deposits
Sales Pages: Prices for individual breeding stock will be listed on their respective sales pages once they are available.
Securing Your Spot: Once we evaluate the lambs, we will contact you in order of the waitlist.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your chosen sheep until pickup. If a deposit is not received within 1 week of picking your animals, we will move to the next person on the list.
Refund Policy: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Adult Ewes Exposed to Rams
Exposure Fee: If you purchase an available adult breeding stock ewe, you have the option to have her exposed to one of our registered rams before leaving the ranch.
Payment Terms: To reserve an exposed ewe, a $25 exposure fee plus payment in full (based on her listed price on the sales page) for the ewe must be received upfront (this replaces the standard $100 deposit). Dates for the breeding window and your scheduled pickup day will be finalized at that time.
Please note: Exposure means the ewe will run with the ram for a designated timeframe, but pregnancy is not guaranteed.
St. Croix Breeding Stock
Our Options: We sell both Registered and Commercial (unpapered) St. Croix breeding stock.
Registration Papers: Those that carry papers are Registered with the St. Croix Hair Sheep Breeders. All paperwork transfers will be handled by us and mailed directly to you from the Registry.
Commercial Stock: Unpapered simply means the animal could have been registered but fell just short of our rigorous performance demands for registration. This is a great, economical option for a commercial production setup.
Older Stock: Registered adults who begin to slow down production (but are otherwise completely sound) will be sold as unpapered breeding stock as well.

Katahdin Breeding Stock
Our Options: We sell Registered and Commercial (unpapered) Katahdin breeding stock.
Registration Papers: Those that have papers are Registered with Katahdin Hair Sheep International. All paperwork transfers will be handled by us and mailed directly to you from the Registry.
Registered Stock: Our Registered Katahdin have been upgraded (or have recent ancestors that have been upgraded) from 87.5+% Recorded.
Commercial Stock: Unpapered Katahdins include high-percentage offspring from registered parents that fell just short of our rigorous registration standards, as well as our high-performing multi-breed commercial crosses. This is a great, economical option for a low-input, pasture-focused commercial setup.
Older Stock: Registered/Recorded adults who begin to slow down production (but are otherwise completely sound) will be sold as un-papered breeding stock.
