Breeding has begun!

It's that time of year again! Aug 30th (a new moon) we separated the ewes and rams into breeding groups for lambs born starting Jan 24th! Flushing Time!

The ewes are less than a month away from breeding! We just started feeding them and the rams a tiny bit of alfalfa in the evenings. They'll share a fence in a couple weeks for the teaser ram effect. Weaning Day! 4/20/19

Well it has happened. The noise of the barnyard deafens the sound of the TV in the living room. Lambs are weaned, sorted, weighed, and given booster shots of CD/T.
