Eggs Available

We have several cartons of free range, farm fresh eggs available from about February/March through the end of October!

1 dozen are $5 ea.

Usually we keep the dirtier, the jumbo, and the small/extra small eggs for ourselves. If we have a surplus of dirtier eggs, they are sold refrigerated as they get washed as soon as they come in from the coop.

The rest of the eggs are unwashed and counter stored, but should probably go in your fridge if you’re not going to eat them right away. They last 2 weeks on the counter and 3 months in the fridge. Once refrigerated, they can’t be out more than 2 hours.

Besides what they forage on half an acre, our chickens are fed Albers Layer Pellet, Beaver Brand 6 grain scratch (which we ferment overnight), and black soldier fly larvae.
